We ship worldwide from the UK.

Please check your basket for how much it will cost you to your country.

We aim to post everything within 48hours of receiving your order. Please contact us if you need super-quick or special delivery!

Some pieces may be need to be 'made to order' - this will be noted in the product description, with the estimated dispatch time.

There are several extra options that we offer including Signed For, Special Delivery and International Tracked Postage.  Please click here to add any of these to your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact and we will give you our return address and will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.  We will also refund your return postage too.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for items which are not received faulty, however, we can offer you an exchange to the same amount so please get in contact to arrange this.

Lost Post

On our standard shipping option we cannot offer you any compensation for lost post whether it is within the UK or internationally. However, we always keep proof of postage for international orders but the post office will not guarantee any insurance with this.

For added security and insurance, please add one of the extra postage options available (see above for more details).  We recommend this close to Christmas!
